We prepare the laytime or performance statement, file the claim or rebill within timebar, negotiate with counterparties, reach agreement, and follow up through collection or payment of funds.
Short-Term Assistance
Fairway Maritime LLC can assist on a short-term as well as a long-term basis. We provide temporary cover for clients as needed, for example when their analysts have extended illnesses, vacations, maternity leave, etc. Additionally, we handle claim backlogs so our clients can focus on current claims.
Contract and Terms Analysis
